By using CarSpareFinder you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read the following carefully before using the services available by registering with CarSpareFinder.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. You should check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using CarSpareFinder services after any changes have been made you agree to accept those changes, whether you have or have not reviewed them. If at any time you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, please stop using CarSpareFinder's services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all of the sites and services owned or operated by CarSpareFinder but do not apply to any sites that CarSpareFinder only links.
The contents of this site are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the property of CarSpareFinder unless otherwise noted. You may only access the content within this site for personal use.
You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way commercially exploit the content of the CarSpareFinder sites without prior written consent from CarSpareFinder.
If you have specified a mobile phone number, then you have elected to recieve SMS messages from this service. For the first three messages you recieve in response to a part request, your mobile phone account will be charged £1.50 per message. You will not be charged by us for subsequent SMS messages in response to the part request. These charges are non-refundable.
We will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your telephone to access our services as this is out of our control. Service is available to over 18's only and you must have permission from the bill payer before calling.
Please note that we may send you upto 2 separate reverse information text throughout each year for £1.50. This will be separate from your reverse service texts related to your specific part requests.
CarSpareFinder act only as an introducer between customer and part supplier, CarSpareFinder will not be held responsible for any error with parts ordered or parts supplied. The customer is solely responsible in checking that all parts quotes requested contain the correct information, that all part quotes supplied by the supplier (part supplier not CarSpareFinder) conform and are consistent with the part quote requested. The customer is solely responsible for keeping appropriate records of all conversation with the supplier be it by phone or email. Parts ordered are covered by the specific supplier's warranties and CarSpareFinder will not be held responsible for any problems or discrepancies. No refunds will be given by CarSpareFinder to any customer for parts incorrectly ordered or any parts supplied incorrectly. The customer is responsible for checking that parts ordered are the correct part, any problems with any ordered part/parts the customer should take the issue up with the supplier. CarSpareFinder will do their very best to assist in issues but do not guarantee any refunds to a customer.
Callers who phone the suppliers contact number supplied with a part quote need to be 18 years old or above and have the full permission of the person who pays the bill. We will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your telephone to access our services as this is out of our control.
The services and materials provided by CarSpareFinder are provided 'as is' and without any form of warranty, express or implied. CarSpareFinder disclaims any warranties, express or implied including but no limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
CarSpareFinder does not warrant that any services shall be provided uninterrupted or error-free, that problems shall be corrected or that the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
CarSpareFinder does not guarantee any aspect of its services or materials provided, including but not limited to their correctness, accuracy or reliability. You (and not CarSpareFinder) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any products or services offered by CarSpareFinder. We are not a party to, and do not monitor, any transaction between users and third party providers of products or services.
Under no circumstances will CarSpareFinder be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the services and materials provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In no circumstances shall the total liability to you by CarSpareFinder for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to CarSpareFinder, if any, for accessing CarSpareFinder services and materials.
CarSpareFinder is operated and controlled from offices in the UK. CarSpareFinder does not represent that the services and materials offered by CarSpareFinder are appropriate for use in other locations. Persons who choose to use CarSpareFinder from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to any principle of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be filed only in the UK, and you hereby consent and submit to any personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unforceable, then that provision will be considered severable for the remaining Terms and Conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and CarSpareFinder relating to the subject matter it contains. This agreement may be modified by posting changes to these Terms and Conditions or by a writing signed by both parties.
